Email Marketing Specialist

Deliverables:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies for internal campaigns aimed at generating leads and nurturing existing prospects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather content, design elements, and other assets needed for campaigns.
  • Implement personalized email follow-ups to enhance user experience and improve engagement rates.
  • Ensure all email content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with the campaign goals.
  • Use data-driven insights to continually optimize email content, design, and targeting strategies.

Skillset Required:

  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, etc).
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Account-based marketing experience is a must.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in email marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful email campaigns, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
